Listen to part of a lecture in an astronomy class. Professor: Now, many people think of Saturn as having rings, but Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune also have rings. However, Saturn's rings are the most spectacular. Why? Well, it's not just because they're wider or brighter. Actually, the key is the composition and the dynamics. Saturn's rings are made mostly of water ice, ranging from tiny grains to chunks as large as houses. This ice reflects sunlight very efficiently, making the rings appear bright. But here's the interesting part: the rings are not solid. They're made of countless particles orbiting Saturn independently. Their motion is governed by gravity, but also by gravitational interactions with Saturn's many moons. Some moons, called shepherd moons, keep the rings narrow by herding the particles. Others create gaps in the rings, like the Cassini Division. These interactions create complex patterns, waves, and even braided structures. So, when we look at Saturn's rings, we're seeing a dynamic, ever-changing system, not a static feature.
❓ Câu hỏi What is the main point the professor makes about Saturn's rings?

✅ Đáp án đúng

B) They are bright because of their water ice and are dynamically affected by moons.
