Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week. This change aims to provide students with more flexible study time. To accommodate this, additional security staff will be hired, and a small fee of $5 per night will be charged for students using the library between midnight and 6 a.m. The fee will cover increased operational costs.

Woman: Did you see the announcement about the library being open all night during finals? Man: Yeah, I think it's a great idea! I always pull all-nighters before exams, and the current 2 a.m. closing time is a pain. Woman: But what about the $5 fee? Man: That's totally fair. It's only during finals, and they need to pay for extra staff. Plus, I'd gladly pay $5 to have a quiet place to study instead of being stuck in my noisy dorm. Woman: I guess that makes sense. Man: And having 24-hour access means I can study when I'm most productive, even if it's 4 a.m. That flexibility is worth it.
