Announcement: The university will be extending library hours from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. during finals week, effective next week. This change aims to provide students with more study time during the exam period. Additional security and maintenance staff will be hired to ensure safety and cleanliness. The extended hours will be in place for one week only.

Woman: Did you see the announcement about the library hours during finals? I think it's a great idea. I always struggle to find a quiet place to study late at night. Man: Really? I'm not so sure. The library is already crowded during finals, and extending hours won't help unless they add more study rooms. Woman: But with the extra staff, it'll be safer and cleaner, so more students will feel comfortable studying there. Man: Still, I think it's just a temporary fix. What about the rest of the semester? Many of us have late-night deadlines before finals week. Woman: True, but at least it helps during the most stressful time. Plus, I heard that the extended hours will also have more computers available. Man: That's a good point, but I still think they should focus on extending hours throughout the semester, not just one week.
