Woman: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. I often pull all-nighters before finals, and the current 10 PM closing time forces me to study in my noisy dorm. With 24/7 hours, I can finally concentrate in a proper study environment. Man: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. I mean, the new quiet floor won't help much if the whole library is packed. Also, who's going to staff the library at 3 AM? They'll probably hire more student workers, which means higher fees for us. Woman: Actually, the announcement says they'll use existing staff on a rotating schedule, so no extra fees. And the quiet floor will have strict rules—no group discussions—so it'll be truly silent. That's exactly what I need for my history essays. Man: Well, when you put it that way, maybe it's not so bad. But I still worry about the noise on other floors. Anyway, I hope it works out.
