M: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. W: Really? I'm not so sure. Extending hours seems unnecessary since most students already have access to online resources. M: But not everyone has a quiet place at home. Plus, the new quiet floor will help those who need to focus without distractions. W: That's true, but I've heard that the construction for the quiet floor will create noise for months. That could be really disruptive. M: Still, it's temporary. The long-term benefit outweighs the short-term inconvenience. Many students have been asking for this. W: I suppose you're right. The extended hours might also help those with part-time jobs study after work. M: Exactly! That's my second point. It gives flexibility to students with busy schedules.
