TOEFL Speaking Task 2

Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/5 (Sunday night through Friday night) to accommodate student study needs. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added on the third floor, while the current 24-hour computer lab will be closed on weekends to reduce costs.

Man: Did you see the announcement about the library? I'm really excited! Finally, I can pull all-nighters before exams without being kicked out at midnight. Woman: I don't know. I mean, 24/5 is great, but closing the computer lab on weekends? That's my main spot for group projects on Sunday afternoons. Man: But the quiet floor is a game-changer for me. I can't concentrate with all the noise in the main area. Woman: True, but what about students who don't have laptops? The lab has desktops with special software.
