M: Did you see the announcement about the library hours? I think it's a great idea. With finals coming up, so many students need a quiet place to study late at night. My dorm is too noisy, so I'll definitely use the extended hours. W: I see your point, but I'm not so sure it's worth it. They're only extending hours for two weeks, and most students can manage their time better during the day. Plus, offering free coffee is a waste of money—it'll attract more people, making the library crowded and noisy, which defeats the purpose. M: But the coffee is just a nice bonus. The real benefit is having more time to study without distractions. I have two papers due, and I often work best late at night. W: I guess for some students it helps, but I think the university should invest in more study lounges instead of temporary changes.
