Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend the library's opening hours on weekdays from 10:00 PM to midnight. This change aims to provide more study time for students, especially during midterms and finals. Additionally, the university will increase the number of study rooms available on the second floor to accommodate group work. The new hours will be in effect from the first day of the semester.

M: Hey Lisa, did you see the announcement about the library hours? I think it's great! I always have to leave at 10 PM, even when I'm in the middle of a project. Having two extra hours will really help me finish my work without rushing. W: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. I mean, who studies that late? It might just encourage students to procrastinate even more. Plus, the extra study rooms? They're always packed, but the real issue is the noise. The rooms don't have proper soundproofing, so even if there are more, they're not very useful. M: But for me, the extra time is a lifesaver. I'm a night owl, and I'm most productive after 10 PM. And more rooms, even if not perfect, are better than none. I often can't find a room at all. W: I suppose, but I still think the money could be spent on better soundproofing instead of just adding more rooms.
