Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added to reduce noise disturbances. The university believes these changes will improve student performance and satisfaction.

M: Did you see the announcement about the library? I'm really excited about the 24/7 hours during finals. Last semester, I had to leave at midnight when I was in the middle of studying, and it broke my concentration. Now I can stay as long as I need. W: True, but I'm more concerned about the new quiet floor. I think it's unnecessary. The library is already pretty quiet, and adding a separate floor might just make the other floors noisier. Plus, some students like to discuss group projects, and they'll be forced to stay on the main floor where there's more traffic. M: I see your point, but I still think the extended hours will help more students. The quiet floor might not be perfect, but at least it gives those who need absolute silence a dedicated space. W: I guess, but I just feel the money could be spent on more useful things, like more study rooms. Anyway, I'm against the quiet floor, but I support the extended hours.
