M: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. I often have to leave at midnight right when I'm in the zone. Extending hours until 2 a.m. will really help me prepare for finals. W: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. The extended hours might not be worth it if the funding comes from cutting other services. I heard they might reduce the number of printers and computers to pay for the extra staff. M: Really? I didn't think of that. But still, having more digital resources online is a big plus. I can access most journals from my dorm anyway, so I don't need to rely on the physical library as much. That could offset some cuts. W: Maybe, but the 24-hour quiet study room is only on the first floor, and it's usually packed. I doubt it will be enough. I'd rather they focused on adding more group study spaces instead of extending hours for a few night owls.
