Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added to reduce noise distractions. The administration believes these changes will better support students' academic needs during high-pressure periods.

Woman: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. Finally, we can pull all-nighters without worrying about being kicked out. I know I study best late at night, and during finals, every minute counts. Plus, the quiet floor is perfect—last semester, I couldn't concentrate because of group discussions near my desk. This will really help me focus. Man: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. I mean, 24/7 might be overkill. Most students don't actually study all night, and it'll cost the university a lot in staffing and security. Also, a quiet floor won't solve the noise problem—people will still talk in the other areas, and the library is already crowded. They should invest in more study spaces instead. Woman: Well, I think the benefits outweigh the costs. For those of us who need late-night access, it's a lifesaver. And the quiet floor gives us a dedicated space, which is better than nothing.
