Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added to reduce noise complaints. The administration believes these changes will better support student academic success.

M: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's great. Finally, we can pull all-nighters without worrying about being kicked out at midnight. W: Yeah, but I'm not so sure. I mean, 24/7 hours sound nice, but it might just encourage procrastination. Students will think they can wait until the last minute. M: Well, for me, it's a lifesaver. I work part-time during the day, so late nights are my only study time. Plus, the new quiet floor is a huge plus—last semester I couldn't concentrate because of group chatter. W: I guess that's true. But I still worry about the extra noise from people coming and going at all hours. It might disturb those who need to sleep in the dorms nearby. M: The quiet floor will be on the top, and they said they'll soundproof it. I think it's a win-win.
