This change aims to provide more study time for students preparing for finals. However, to accommodate this, the library will close at 6 PM on weekends. Students are encouraged to plan their study schedules accordingly.

M: Hey Sarah, did you see the notice about the library hours? I'm not sure I like it. W: Really? I think it's great! Having the library open all night during the week will be super helpful for my late-night study sessions. M: But what about the weekend? I usually do most of my studying on Saturday and Sunday. The library closing at 6 PM on weekends is a real problem for me. W: I understand, but don't you think the 24-hour option during the week is more practical? Most students have classes during the day and can study at night. Plus, the weekend closure gives the staff a break. M: I suppose, but I still think they could have found a better way. Maybe keep the weekend hours as they are and just extend the weekday hours slightly. W: Well, I think the new system is more efficient. It matches when students actually need the library most. And honestly, I rarely come on weekends anyway.
