Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 2 a.m. on weekdays and open 24 hours on weekends. This change aims to provide more study time for students during exam periods. Additionally, the library will add a new quiet study floor on the third level to accommodate increased demand. The administration believes these adjustments will improve academic support for all students.

M: Did you hear about the library hours extension? I think it's a great idea. I often stay late studying for my engineering projects, and the current midnight closing is too early. Sometimes I have to leave right when I'm in the zone. W: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. I'm worried about the noise and distraction. The new quiet floor is on the third level, but I heard they're only going to enforce quiet rules there. The other floors might get noisier, especially at night. M: Well, I think the extended hours will reduce crowding during the day, so I can find a spot easily. Plus, the quiet floor will be a perfect place for me to focus without interruptions. I really support this change. W: I understand, but for me, the extra hours don't help because I prefer studying in the morning. And I'm concerned that the university is spending money on this instead of fixing the broken printers in the main floor. That's more important for students.
