Campus Notice: The university will extend the library's operating hours to 24/5 starting next semester, from Monday through Friday. This change aims to accommodate students' varying study schedules. However, to maintain security and reduce costs, the library will limit after-hours access to students with valid ID cards, and no food or drinks will be allowed in the building during overnight hours.

Student A: Did you see the announcement about the library being open 24 hours? I think it's a great idea. I often pull all-nighters before exams, and having a quiet place to study would be perfect. Plus, my roommate is so noisy, so I can't concentrate in my dorm. Student B: I see your point, but I'm against it. The no-food policy during overnight hours is too strict. If I'm studying all night, I need snacks and coffee to stay awake. Also, having the library open 24/5 might just encourage students to procrastinate more, thinking they have all night to finish work. Student A: Well, I don't agree. I think the ID check is a good security measure, and I can bring my own water. And as for procrastination, I think it's my choice to manage my time. Having the option to study late is better than being forced to leave at midnight.
