M: Did you read the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea, especially the 24-hour access during finals. I always pull all-nighters then, and it's frustrating when they kick us out at midnight. W: True, but the quiet floor? That won't solve anything. The problem isn't noise—it's that there aren't enough group study rooms. My friends and I often have to work on projects in the noisy area because the rooms are booked. M: But the quiet floor will help people like me who can't concentrate with chatter. And the extended hours mean more time for everyone. W: I guess, but they should have added more group rooms instead. The quiet floor might even be underused, and the money could've been spent better elsewhere.
