I often pull all-nighters before exams, and the current closing time at midnight is really inconvenient. With extended hours, I can study without worrying about being kicked out. Also, the quiet floor might not be enough—some people still talk on the third floor, and with more people at night, it could get noisy. But overall, I support it because it gives me more flexibility.
