Woman: But think about it—many students, especially those with part-time jobs, need late-night access. It's a necessary service. Man: Maybe, but why should everyone pay? And the quiet floor? The library is already quiet enough. That seems like a waste of money. Woman: Actually, the quiet floor is great—I've been distracted by group study sessions on the second floor. I think it's worth it. Man: I still think they should find other funding. Raising fees hits all students, even those who don't benefit.
