Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week. This change aims to provide students with more flexible study time and reduce overcrowding. To fund this, the library will reduce its weekend hours during non-exam periods. The administration believes this adjustment will better meet student needs.

Woman: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea! Man: Really? I'm not so sure. Extending hours during finals is nice, but cutting weekend hours the rest of the semester will hurt. I often use Sunday afternoons to catch up on readings. Woman: But think about it—finals week is when everyone is stressed and needs 24-hour access. Plus, the library is rarely crowded on weekends except during exams. Most students study in dorms or cafes then. Man: That's true, but what about group projects? We often meet on weekends in the library. Reducing those hours would make it harder. Woman: I see your point, but the new plan also adds more study spaces during finals. And for group work, we can book rooms in the student center instead. I think the trade-off is worth it.
